Joy Herrell

Joy Herrell, age 71, of Ashcamp, Ky, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2008, at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Allie Heaps Hackler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roland Herrell. She is survived by two sons, Dale Herrell of Ashcamp, KY, and Eric Herrell of Neon, KY, by two daughters, Rickie Hopkins and Lynn Dixon, both of Jenkins, KY, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Harp Funeral Home in Jellico, TN. Burial will follow in the Douglas Cemetery at Jellico.
