Dana Dwight "Patcheye" Tackett

Dana Dwight Tackett, "Patcheye"  age 57, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.  Dana was born on July 15, 1961 to his parents the late John B. Tackett and Magalene Brown Tackett.  Dana was a truck driver.     Along with his parents, Dana was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Lynn Tackett, Gregory Allen Tackett, and one sister, Sandra Sue Johnson.     Dana is survived by one son, Joshua (Sasha) Tackett, one daughter, Megan (Chase) Miller, three brothers, Nicky, Ken, and Kevin Tackett, and three sisters, Sheliah Kidd, Charlotte Collins, Kimberly Hamilton, two grandchildren, Lillian McDaniel, Luke Tackett, and a host of loving family and friends.    Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Saturday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Danny Runyon officiating.  Burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana, Ky.
